This is a great organisation that is ideal for anybody based in the Sandwell area and beyond. I called Mark to help capture an uninvited squirrel in my kitchen, and he turned up in Less then 15 minutes and immediately help resolve the issue. I highly recommend this organisation with their professionalism And level of service.

Would highly recommend this company to anyone with a wasp problem. Came out on the same day when called and were extremely efficient , friendly, thorough and made sure we were completely happy with the service before leaving. Other companies I’d called said It would be very unlikely to find a company that would come out on the same day and if they did the charge would be high. Don’t believe them. Mike promised he would be out on the same day and he charged less than than those companies I’d called earlier. Definitely a number I’m going to keep and recommend. Excellent service, thanks again Mike.

Mike, from Black Country Pest Control, might just be my favourite person in the world. Not only did he get rid of the mouse that had moved into our house, but he was a genuinely lovely man. We had a great chat with him while he was getting on with his work, which he did cleanly and efficiently. He returned two weeks later, and the issue was solved. If I ever have the misfortune of another pest problem, I won’t hesitate to contact Mike.

I used these guys for a mouse problem i had they came out the next day which was very quick response. Excellent friendly service provided. Problem solved within a week. Would highly recommend

Mike was a top bloke, knew his stuff, very helpful, competitively priced and very accommodating fitting me in at short notice. My wasp problem resolved with the ease of one quick call, cannot recommend enough!!

These guys are my heroes what more can I say….. I had a rat in my loft I even named her Ratisha as was there for that long. Steve Mark and Marcus came and sorted out the problem they have the experience they know what they talking about and nothing is too much for them. There priority was to make me feel safe (as I hate rats) they went one step further to reassure me that all would be ok. Very impressive service I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has problems with pests. No need to use anyone else you won’t be disappointed I garanutee you that! ! Service was outstanding I could go on all day. I have spread the word to all my friends and family as I hope I don’t ever have this problem again but if I do then I would not hesitate to call these guys again. … thank you so much if I could give them 10 stars I would but only allows 5 star review Thanks again Pam xx

Had a problem in the loft , Steve from day 1 was polite, punctual and reassuring on the situation! Always informed us of times of arrival and if was going to be a bit early . Great customer service and value for money . A lot cheaper then everywhere else i looked! cant fault service of the company. Definitely a number i will keep and recommend. Excellent service they know what there talking about and guaranteed the problem will go away.
